You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire at 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party by you indicated, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of those goods.

Return merchandise

Our policy, in compliance with current legislation, is to grant the right to return any item purchased on www.masakata.com in the period of 14 calendar days.

You will not have to provide any explanation, any item, purchased in www.masakata.com returned in their original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without more. In a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the return, www.masakata.com is committed to your refund.
Before returning the product, you will need to contact the customer Care department: info@masakata.com and do so by e-mail.

If the cause of the return is that the item being returned is defective or does not correspond to what is requested in the order, www.masakata.com shall bear the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for return is that the order is not satisfied, we will refund the amount but not the shipping cost is 7.5€.

Order cancellation

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of the goods the customer will not have any expenses. In the event of a cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the costs of the refund of this order.
